- This custom UV Quartz 3-channel counting cell features an enhanced OCB process, ensuring a bubble-free and striation-free structure. The external dimensional tolerance is ≤0.05mm, and the optical performance tolerance of the light-transmitting surfaces is ≤0.3%.
- With 4-side optical clear, the inspection zone achieves a surface finish of Ra0.005. The channel width is ≥50μm with a dimensional tolerance of ≤5μm. UV transmittance at 200nm is ≥80%, and concentricity error is <0.025mm.
- The quartz counting cell is equipped with high-quality stainless steel tubing ports, offering excellent corrosion resistance, long service life, and minimal interference with the test solution. External tubing connections can be achieved via adhesive bonding or threaded fittings. External coating is available upon request.
- Applications include urine formed element analyzers, fecal formed element analyzers, and human secretion formed element analyzers.

Air-tight Cuvette with Screw Cap, 2 Windows, 26mm, 80ml, Powder Sintered
- The tightness of the Powder-sintered Cuvette is slightly worse than that of the OCB Cuvettes. If you would like to use it in anaerobic experiments, we suggest you to choose the OCB cuvettes.
- In general, we use silicone gaskets for better sealing by default, and we also have PTFE gaskets to for you choose from, the latter has stronger corrosion resistance, but the sealing will be slightly worse than the former.
